This classic Sauvignon Blanc's colour is pale straw with green lights. Ripe tropical passion fruit, gooseberry and green capsicum aromas balance with crisp acidity and herbal notes to add complexity and depth to a long lingering finish.

Brookford Estate Chardonnay/Semillon is a bright, fresh blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Semillon. It is bursting with citrus and tropical fruit notes and has a lovely mellow texture from the Semillon. Easy going and amazing value.

The Aimery Merlot of Sieur d'Arques reveals itself in the wine glass in a beautiful purple color. On the nose, fruity and slightly peppery aromas of currant, raspberry and blackberry make themselves felt.

The round, fine, soft and balanced taste reflects the aromas of the bouquet. We recommend Aimery Merlot with light cheeses and grilled poultry.

Brookford Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 offers lots of berries and plum fruit, with spicy notes on the nose. A flavoursome palate with rustic blackberry and currant fruit flavours, which merge well into lingering oak flavours and some minty freshness with balanced tannins.

Intense and bright violet colour. Its aroma is elegant with a perfect conjunction of black fruits and spices. The soft touch of French oak barrels extols this Malbec. Well balanced, complete and with sweet tannins.

(BY THE BOTTLE ONLY) This Barolo from Ca' Bianca uses Nebbiolo grapes sourced from low-yielding vines planted at high density. The vineyards are situated at 950 feet in elevation with primary soils of composite and clay. Grapes go through cool maceration before vinification in stainless steel. The young wines are aged in a combination of large Slovenian oak cask and new and used French barrels for a period of 24 months.

(by the bottle only) Now this is really something special in what is regarded as a spectacular vintage in the Rhone Valley. The Cuvee Prestige is made from vines of a minimum age of 90 years being mainly Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvedre but they also add the little known but permitted varieties of Muscardin, Terret, Vacarese and Counoise. This wine needs time to develop to really show reward.
